This Promotion is offered by Furniture and Bedding Concepts Ltd (ACN 125 275 201) trading as Sleep City and Everyday Living (“Promoter”). Subject to these terms and conditions, every $2000 spent at a Sleep City or Everyday Living store qualifies for a $400 voucher (“Voucher”). No Voucher or voucher of reduced value is issued on purchases under $2000. Each transaction during the catalogue period is separate and not cumulative. Voucher must be used to pay for a new order and not used to pay off an existing order. Voucher cannot be sold and is not transferable or redeemable for cash and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. Voucher is only valid for one purchase transaction – no partial redemptions. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited. Voucher issued upon full payment of qualifying purchase only . Voucher cannot be replaced if lost/stolen. Voucher value includes GST. Full payment of the qualifying purchase must be made within the catalogue period December 26th 2011 to January 15th 2012, or before all Vouchers designated to the relevant retail outlet have been issued (whichever is first) to qualify for a voucher. Voucher is only valid for redemption from 1st February to 18th March 2012. In order to be redeemed, the Voucher must be presented with the original purchase receipt. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its employees and agents will not be liable for any claim, loss, damage, injury cost or expenses suffered or incurred (including by not limited to direct, indirect and consequential) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with the Promotion and the Vouchers. The Promoter reserves the right to make changes at any time without notice and in the Promoter’s absolute discretion to these Terms and Conditions. The law of Victoria from time to time governs these Terms and Conditions.
