DELIVERY

Now you’ve made your purchase, our team can help you organise delivery to your door. Most of our products come complete and require minimal assembly, so you can enjoy your new item right away. Once full payment is made and your item is ready to be delivered, one of our Customer Service Team members will contact you to organise an appropriate delivery day and time. It’s that easy!

We have a fleet of dedicated vehicles and drivers who specialise in the handling and delivery of your purchases, once you have booked in your delivery day our driver will contact you prior to the delivery, confirming your delivery as well as providing an approximate delivery window timeframe. 

Please note that, although we charge and agree to deliver your purchase, we can only do so with reasonable access and only when it is deemed to be safe. It is your responsibility to ensure goods purchased will fit into your home and access is sufficient to allow for delivery, otherwise you may be liable for the delivery charge and cancellation fee. Where possible, product dimensions and other product information are available from the website and at the store– it pays to research!

Storage
Unfortunately our warehouses do not have space to store your furniture. If you are unable to take delivery within two (2) weeks of your goods becoming available, or if you are unable to take delivery within the period we agree in writing at the time of order, we’ll be happy to arrange professional storage on your behalf. In this case, additional storage fees will be charged.
